Lina M. Costanzo was a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey before moving to Charleston in 1998.  Since then, she has been one of the top agents in the area winning numerous awards and earning multiple designations as a residential home specialist.  Lina is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Luxury Home Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist and has been awarded Realtor® of Distinction numerous times. 

Michele A. Costanzo is an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Luxury Home Specialist, REO Specialist and she has her Loss Mitigation Certification.  She is one of the top real estate professionals in the downtown Charleston office.  Michele's professional experience as an interior designer has been a key factor in creating a superlative real estate experience for many of the Costanzo Team's clients by creating a link between buying a house and making it a home.  Utilizing design experience she offers assistance and knowledge for those interesting in building or renovating.  Michele has been awarded Realtor® of Distinction numerous times.  

Michael V. Costanzo is an attorney licensed to practice law in two jurisdictions, but enjoys being a Realtor® representing buyers and sellers of real estate in the Charleston area.  Prior to entering real estate sales full time, Michael was a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps for four years and practiced law in the private sector for another four years.  His legal experience includes conducting real estate closings, land use planning and business litigation.  Michael is a Luxury Home Specialist and Relocation Specialist who uses his legal knowledge and experience to achieve the ideal real estate transaction for his clients and has been awarded Realtor® of Distinction numerous times.  

Sally Maitland is a Realtor® who has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative designation.  Prior to moving to Charleston in 1995, Sally and her husband Glen owned and operated a publishing business in Hawaii.  Sally is the Costanzo Team's full time office manager who ensures that each closing takes place smoothly and timely.  Her readiness and efficiency are the perfect link for communication and consistency.
